25/04/2024 BURNING QUESTION NR 2: SHOULD I THROW IT AWAY?

Perhaps you have noticed that some wax at the end of burning .. won't get burned. And that, by the way, is normal. Around 4-6mm usually stays untouched. So, what to do with it?

1. If you want throw it away, remove the wax and throw it into bin that is not meant for recycling. NEVER pour hot wax into sink, toilet etc., because once it is solidified, the drains will be clogged!

2. Collect the wax & make a new one. If possible, you can melt it all together. You can follow a tutorial from Youtube, how to do that. You also need a wick, wick sticker and jar. 

3. Experiment with making some wax melts or seals.

4. Try wax painting. There is this kind of art form called encaustic art, which use colorful candle wax to create art. There are also tutorials in Google & Youtube.

5. If you have a small linen pouch (easy to make), put the scented wax pieces in it and place it in the warderobe for some nice aroma. :)
